Curriculum Overview

The following activities are designed to develop leadership strengths in each participant:

Self-Awareness

Objective: To develop methods to identify each student’s unique development potential and its impact on others

Building on Strengths/Positive Psychological Capacities

Objective: To focus on enhancing one’s capacity to adapt to different challenges and to enhance participant’s strategies and personal resources for engaging in future challenging situations

Building on Strengths/Positive Psychological Capacities

Objective: To focus on enhancing one’s capacity to adapt to different challenges and to enhance participant’s strategies and personal resources for engaging in future challenging situations

Challenge Course

Objective: To work on building team and shared leadership, transparency and a supportive climate for positive growth

Coaching Workshop

Objective: To teach individuals how to coach each other to be successful in terms of the goals set for the program above

Masters or Doctorate: Why Go to Graduate School?

Objective: To familiarize students with key decision factors and to prepare their mindsets for pursuing advanced degrees

Equine Challenge

Objective: To teach individuals how to work in small to large teams to discover how to unearth innovative solutions
